Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized occupational therapy care. Coordinate care for all assigned patients while delivering high-quality therapy services. Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and home safety assessments. Establish and implement personalized care plans with your patients and their families. Continuously assess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Requirements: Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program. Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association. At least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute or rehab setting. Current Occupational Therapist license in Florida. Active BCLS certification from the American Heart Association. Valid driver's license and current car insurance. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a home care setting.
