Responsibilities

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being.
3. Monitor and record clients' vital signs and health status as instructed by healthcare professionals.
4. Help clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and assisting with walking.
5. Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.
6. Administer medication and ensure clients adhere to their prescribed health plan as instructed.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to report any changes in clients' health or needs.
