Hiring Assistant
KRE Security is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hiring Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping ensure a smooth hiring experience for new employees.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying required documentation
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate employee records and hiring documentation
Support background check and pre-employment screening processes
Collaborate with management to ensure staffing needs are met
Provide general administrative support to the HR and hiring team
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Previous administrative or HR experience preferred, but not required
