In this role, youll hit the road daily to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel-powered heavy equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders. This position is ideal for a skilled mechanic who enjoys independence, has a strong customer-service mindset, and is looking for a career with both mobility and higher earning potential. With your CDL license , youll have the flexibility to transport equipment when needed and deliver reliable service directly to our clients. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site service, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy and compact equipment Manage road calls independently, ensuring timely and efficient service Handle client-facing interactions with professionalism and strong communication Occasionally assist in the shop when road calls are limited Required Qualifications: 3+ years experience in a similar road technician role CDL Class A or B license required 3+ years heavy/compact equipment service experience (skid steers, excavators, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage jobs solo Strong customer-facing and time management skills Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
