Are you a passionate Medical Assistant eager to support our Military Service members? We invite you to join us in delivering essential health services that help maintain the readiness of a deployable military force.
This position primarily involves weekend work, along with some occasional weekdays on an 'as needed' basis.
We are dedicated to providing comprehensive health readiness services for the following branches:
U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
Army National Guard (ARNG)
U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
Air National Guard (ANG)
U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform phlebotomy and blood draws.
Administer immunizations.
Conduct EKGs.
Obtain manual vitals and vision assessments.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training from an accredited program.
Phlebotomy Certification is preferred.
CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum one (1) year of medical assisting experience is preferred.
Must be a caring, friendly, and compassionate individual.
Familiarity with universal precautions in patient care.
Experience working with military personnel is preferred.
Experience in mobile medical services is a plus.
Must be proficient with computer systems.
Availability to work weekends is essential.
