Duties include but are not limited to: Proactively engage customers and sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections,and more! Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend appropriate products based on style, function, and safety Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals Ensure merchandise displays are appealing, stocked, and clean Assist customers with merchandise returns Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - Retail Merchandise & MotorClothes Sales: Retail sales experience and Saturday availability is required Friendly, positive and honest with good sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed Good computer and organizational skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Cashier experience A passion for motorcycles & adventurous outdoor activities is a plus!
