  • VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair
  • KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services
  • TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station
  • UPBEAT - Professional and positive demeanor
Our pay structure:
  • Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
  • Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
  • Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
  • 100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of hair cutting experience
  • Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
