Guest Services Agent — Giants Ridge Join the Giants Ridge team as a Guest Services Agent and be the warm, friendly face that greets our guests! This position works behind the ticketing counter at our ski resort, providing exceptional customer service while assisting guests with ticket purchases, season pass sales, and general resort information. You’ll handle transactions accurately, answer questions, and ensure guests start their visit with a smooth and welcoming experience.

Pay: $16-$17/hour | Positions: Full-time & Part-time available

Requirements: Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Must have some weekend and holiday availability. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not a requirement—training will be provided.
