The Guest Service Agent at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Provide a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out process for hotel guests
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
Available to work weekends and holidays
