Position Overview The Guest Experience Host plays a crucial role in welcoming members and guests, setting the tone for an enjoyable visit. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests with warmth, ensuring an exceptional start and finish to their dining experience. Upholding our service standards while supporting your team is essential to this role. Deliver outstanding service by adhering to Invited hospitality standards. Welcome members and guests by name, fostering a personal and friendly atmosphere. Efficiently seat guests while ensuring their needs are anticipated and met. Engage with members and guests professionally, maintaining composure under pressure. Assist service staff as needed to promote teamwork and effective service. Keep the host area organized, ensuring all operations run smoothly, and close out responsibilities at shift end. Complete side work duties to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Contribute to team efforts to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience. Promptly notify management of any guest complaints and actively seek solutions. Handle last-minute requests and adjustments with professionalism and poise. Additional Responsibilities This position may require flexibility in tasks beyond the daily responsibilities. Be prepared to assist colleagues and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. Adhere to all club and departmental policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with members and staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safety practices. Engage in personal and professional development opportunities relevant to your role. Address and resolve challenges with available resources while cooperating with management. Participate in daily briefings to stay updated and contribute to the team's success. Wear a clean and neat uniform that aligns with club standards. Your Profile Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality or service industry is a plus. Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely. Physical Requirements This role involves various physical activities, including: Standing and walking for extended periods. Working in varying temperature environments. Climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and bending as necessary. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs occasionally. Effective verbal communication and good visual acuity.
