As a Golf Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in implementing brand standards while enhancing the teammate experience. Collaborating closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will become the go-to expert in your department, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers and guiding our team to success. Your ability to lead by example, show empathy, face challenges with resilience, maintain optimism, and foster collaboration will set you apart.
Contribute to building a formidable team by participating in in-store interviews and departmental tours.
Foster a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate, ensuring mutual trust and respect, and supporting a robust store recognition culture.
Plan and organize activities 30 days in advance with the Assistant Store Manager’s guidance to execute daily assignments effectively.
Leverage team strengths to meet brand standards consistently and oversee the execution of programs and processes.
Maintain merchandising and presentation standards by adhering to established floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation requirements.
Support the store leadership team by providing general supervision in accordance with company policies.
Engage in training teammates on company procedures, including onboarding new hires and cross-training existing staff.
Prioritize personal and team development, offering hands-on coaching and explaining the purpose behind tasks and processes.
Lead by example, helping teammates see how their roles align with the organization’s mission and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers and teammates, ensuring everyone is treated with respect.
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information.
Be ready to assist your teammates throughout the store as needed.

Qualifications:
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred prior retail or customer service experience.
Golf experience is a plus.
Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
Capability to work for extended periods on your feet (up to 4 hours).
Willingness to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder or aerial lift.
Able to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously.
