Your responsibilities will include: Warmly greeting and engaging customers to understand their needs and enhance their shopping journey. Maintaining store presentation standards by adhering to established floor plans, signage, price adjustments, and inventory replenishment guidelines. Encouraging participation in company initiatives such as loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollments. Following safety protocols and loss prevention measures, ensuring the confidentiality of company information is upheld. Creating an inclusive environment where every teammate and customer feels welcome and treated with respect. Taking a collaborative approach to support the entire team across the store. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking. Capability to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously). Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and position. Actual hourly wages will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
