General Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the operation ensuring food quality, hospitality, sales, profit, cleanliness, administration, purchasing, and quality standards goals are met or exceeded. 
  • Interview, hire, train, and hold the team accountable to develop, and maintain a positive culture of guest satisfaction and exceptional hospitality. 
  • Partner with the Kitchen Manager on their responsibilities to ensure positive results and a successful business. 
  • Drive positive culture through mutual respect for guests, team, managers, supervisors and community.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a General Manager
  • Ability and willingness to work all shifts in both FOH and BOH to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Mobility and manual dexterity: ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs or ladders, perform extensive walking and up to 10 hours a day or more standing and/or performing other physical tasks as needed, ability to lift 40lbs and carry 10 feet
  • Comprehend and articulate complex ideas and POS systems
  • Use contemporary computer programs with an understanding of spreadsheets, charts, graphs, electronic onboarding, logs, and checklists
