About the Role: The General Manager, is responsible for strategic direction of their restaurant and must maintain operations standards and drive results though people development, sales, and profit growth. This role is tasked with teaching, modeling, and upholding Off The Hook’s culture standards for all team members, guest, and partners. With your leadership and management skills, you'll help drive business growth, maintain our commitment to excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
