We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Midlothian Sedona Taphouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food service industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of food production and service, while also fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management. Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper food handling practices are adhered to at all times. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in food service management and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed.

Requirements

Proven General Manager (minimum 5 years) in a full service, high volume, high quality environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations. Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
