We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of our remolded, restaurant and event operations. Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Create a culture of hospitality and service excellence, ensuring memorable experiences for all guests.
Hire, train, develop, and retain a top-performing team with a focus on engagement, accountability, and results.
Partner with culinary and event sales teams to ensure smooth execution of à la carte service and high-volume private events.
Drive financial performance by managing labor, COGS, P&L, and operational efficiencies.
Implement and uphold brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and health regulations.
Build guest loyalty and manage service recovery with professionalism and care.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory and procurement needs.
Represent the restaurant in the local community and within the broader hospitality group.
5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a full-service, upscale restaurant or hospitality venue.
Strong business acumen with proven success in financial performance and operational management.
Skilled at driving revenue and leading both à la carte dining and large private event/banquet service.
Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team development.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, scheduling, labor compliance, and health code standards.
Experience with POS and restaurant management systems (e.g., Aloha, Micros, Toast, or similar).
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
