We are seeking an inspiring, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of our remolded, restaurant and event operations. • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

• Create a culture of hospitality and service excellence, ensuring memorable experiences for all guests.

• Hire, train, develop, and retain a top-performing team with a focus on engagement, accountability, and results.

• Partner with culinary and event sales teams to ensure smooth execution of à la carte service and high-volume private events.

• Drive financial performance by managing labor, COGS, P&L, and operational efficiencies.

• Implement and uphold brand standards, cleanliness, safety, and health regulations.

• Build guest loyalty and manage service recovery with professionalism and care.

• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory and procurement needs.

• Represent the restaurant in the local community and within the broader hospitality group.

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a full-service, upscale restaurant or hospitality venue.

• Strong business acumen with proven success in financial performance and operational management.

• Skilled at driving revenue and leading both à la carte dining and large private event/banquet service.

• Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team development.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, scheduling, labor compliance, and health code standards.

• Experience with POS and restaurant management systems (e.g., Aloha, Micros, Toast, or similar).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
