You'll oversee every aspect of your unit's operations: from budgeting and driving sales to managing staff, keeping costs in check, managing P&L, and growing future leaders. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Take charge of a multi-million dollar business, owning sales, budgeting, P&L, and more Build, lead, and motivate a team of 50-70+ burger experts Set the standard for professionalism, coaching your team, sharing ideas, and celebrating wins Ensure every guest leaves full, happy, and thinking "what-a-burger"!
