Job Summary
Lead the charge in retail excellence! As General Manager of Retail, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and lead your team to success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will oversee every aspect of the retail experience while upholding Levy’s standards of quality, service, and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail or similar environment
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
ServSafe and local retail certifications (as required)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple outlets
Lead, develop, and schedule a team of retail associates and managers
Analyze financial performance and implement cost-control strategies
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and purchasing
Collaborate with venue partners and internal departments to execute retail strategies
Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and Levy policies
