In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our business strategies to meet sales and profit targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As the General Manager of Retail Operations, you'll also be: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations Conducting team meetings and training sessions Maintaining productive vendor relationships Your leadership will be crucial as you build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through effective hiring and training practices. Additional responsibilities include: Driving sales growth Managing and mentoring team members Overseeing inventory management Ensuring outstanding customer service Analyzing profit and loss statements Pay rates start between $54,300.00 - $80,750.00 annually.
