At Compass Group USA, we are seeking a dedicated and ambitious General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premier account in New York. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all P&L and budgeting related to the account

Manage daily operations to ensure success

Conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations

Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients

Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and deliver top-quality food

Implement new culinary programs in partnership with our marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications: BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred

Five years of foodservice operation experience in a similar position

Demonstrated experience in production and catering

Previous experience in budget management

A desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
