Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring a seamless and exceptional member experience. Collaborate with department heads to optimize facility maintenance, golf course conditions, and clubhouse services.Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of service and professionalism. Foster positive relationships with club members, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance their overall satisfaction. Organize and oversee member events, tournaments, and social activities to promote a sense of community and camaraderie. Develop and manage the club's annual budget, ensuring financial stability and adherence to financial goals.Implement cost control measures and revenue-generating strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to maintain accurate financial records and reporting. Oversee the maintenance of the golf course, clubhouse, and other amenities to ensure they meet the highest standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven track record of successful management at a golf course, private club, or similar establishment. Leadership experience in overseeing golf operations, member services, and facility management. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reporting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Membership-based club experience is highly desirable.
