Location: Tulsa, OK (Multiple Locations)

Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for leading all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, developing a strong team, delivering memorable guest experiences, and achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive and inspiring leader with a passion for hospitality and a strong sense of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Culture:
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with JTRs service standards and values.
  • Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
Guest Experience:
  • Ensure every guest receives genuine hospitality and a consistently excellent experience.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.
  • Promote guest engagement, loyalty, and return visits.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations including service execution, cleanliness, scheduling, and shift flow.
  • Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate closely with culinary leadership to ensure menu quality and execution.
Profitability & Performance:
  • Manage controllables and labor to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Drive revenue through private dining bookings, community partnerships, and local promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
  • Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen including budget management, cost control, and an eye for profitability.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest moments.
