General Manager - Ag Operations

A leading agricultural company in Western New York is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in sales growth, purchasing and vendor management, and customer service excellence , while also managing P&L, standardizing processes, mentoring staff, and building strong grower relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth across feed, seed, fertilizer, and animal health
Lead purchasing/vendor management and ensure inventory consistency
Champion customer service and community relationships
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and process improvement
Mentor and develop location managers and staff
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ag regulations
What We Offer: $100K-$140K base salary + profit-sharing bonus
