Employed Position with Partnership Track Local Autonomy with National Resources Great Work/Life Balance Practice Model: General GI and or Advanced Opportunity (will offer on-the-job training for ERCP's) Current call 1:5, which will go down to 1:6 with 6th Physician. Currently a 5 Physician Group with 3 NP's NP's cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call. Generous call pay. Total income in the top 5% of GI Practices Nationwide Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy-in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant.
