Temporary Game Day Guest Service Representatives

The JMA Dome is seeking temporary game day guest service representatives to work on an as needed basis for events in the 2025-2026 academic season (June 2025 through May 2026). Our guest service representatives play a critical role in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. In this role, you will have the ability to promote excellence customer service throughout the stadium.
