Cashiers play a crucial role in delivering a seamless guest experience from the moment families walk in. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and process ticket and product sales * Guide families through check-in, waiver, and wristband process * Support party check-ins and birthday coordination * Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area * Assist in refunds and minor guest service needs
Requirements
* Friendly, organized, and comfortable with technology * Previous POS or front desk experience is a plus * Strong communication skills and calm under pressure * Availability on weekends preferred
