Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN Unit Manager or Director of Nursing (DON). Coordinate, implement, and evaluate resident/patient care plans. Manage the care environment to ensure safety for all residents/patients. Supervise nursing assistants in their care activities. Adhere to all center policies and procedures while following the State Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications: Current LPN license in the state. Valid CPR certification. Ability to utilize necessary medical equipment and supplies. Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak, understand). Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new applications.
