Position Details: Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.75 - $22.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time Available Schedules: Schedule A1: Work Wednesday through Sunday; off Monday and Tuesday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $22.75, Year 2 - $23.50, Year 3 - $24.25, Year 4 - $24.25, Year 5 - $25.25 Schedule A2: Work Friday through Tuesday; off Wednesday and Thursday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $22.75, Year 2 - $23.50, Year 3 - $24.25, Year 4 - $24.25, Year 5 - $25.25 Schedule B: A rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday 2 of every 3 weeks, with 2 consecutive weekdays off when working weekends. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $20.75, Year 2 - $21.50, Year 3 - $22.25, Year 4 - $22.25, Year 5 - $23.25 Schedule C: A rotating schedule with every other weekend off; schedules will include weekends with 2 weekdays off. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $18.75, Year 2 - $19.50, Year 3 - $20.25, Year 4 - $20.25, Year 5 - $21.25 Your Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you will: Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores. Relocate merchandise and sort, organize, and load items strategically for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards in the warehouse. Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with team members and management for warehouse improvements. Inspect products and communicate any quality or safety concerns. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds. Move merchandise throughout various warehouse areas and work in different temperatures. Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
