With a balanced caseload of around 7580 students, youll have the opportunity to truly impact their academic and emotional growth. What Youll Do Lead detailed psychological assessments and translate results into actionable insights Provide meaningful counseling and expert consultation to students, families, and educators Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet unique student needs Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to build supportive learning environments Take an active role in crisis intervention and behavior support Champion RTI/MTSS efforts with a data-driven mindset to foster student achievement What You Bring A Masters degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution A valid Utah Educator License with a School Psychologist endorsementor eligibility through reciprocity Completion of an approved school psychology program and a 1,200-hour internship (at least 600 hours in a school setting) Clear background check and fingerprint clearance from the Utah State Board of Education Curious about licensing?
