As a Full-Time Retail Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer shopping experiences while ensuring the store is inviting and well-stocked. You will collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service, maintain cleanliness, and manage product shelves effectively. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00 | Year 3 - $18.50 | Year 4 - $18.50 | Year 5 - $19.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Merchandise and stock products efficiently while adhering to company standards. Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management. Provide feedback on products, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues. Participate in store inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy. Adhere to cash handling protocols to minimize losses. Follow all company policies while ensuring document and data security. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Ability to stock merchandise from receiving to shelving; capable of lifting items up to 45 pounds. Regular activities include standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking throughout the store. Capability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Minimum age of 18 years required. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to operate a cash register accurately. Experience in safely using equipment, such as floor scrubbers and hand jacks. Proficient in general cleaning and maintaining store standards. Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive independently and in a team setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is advantageous. A combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
