As Retail Shift Supervisor , you’ll take the lead on customer service, back-of-house ops, and team support, making sure our store delivers on what 5.11 stands for. From helping first responders gear up to supporting your teammates, you’ll be in the middle of the action, balancing day-to-day tasks with real-time problem solving.

What You'll Do:

Deliver an Exceptional Store Experience

Set the tone for every shift with high-energy leadership and a focus on the customer. Lead and model 5.11’s service standards, every interaction should feel like more than a transaction. Support the merchandising team with floor updates, fixture moves, and storytelling through product. Oversee fitting services for uniformed personnel, ensuring proper sizing, mobility, and compliance. Manage the cash wrap area for speed, accuracy, and a frictionless checkout experience. Keep the store looking sharp, clean, organized, and ready for anything. Support Operations Track inventory and manage supply areas, including offsite storage for events. Handle price changes, markdowns, and product transfers as needed. Unload deliveries, process new merchandise, and get it out on the floor fast. Ensure uniforms and custom gear meet spec before delivery. Maintain detailed records of fittings and special orders to support long-term service needs. Drive Team Performance Coach and guide the team while keeping them focused on daily goals. Support the Store Manager in monitoring labor, productivity, and sales metrics. Support store traffic and ensure coverage. Build trust and rapport with your team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and pride. What You Bring 2–4 years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with apparel, uniform fittings, or tactical gear a plus. Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to keep calm under pressure. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift. What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage with performance incentives. Pay Range: $15.19 - $17.00
