Key Responsibilities Create positive experiences for pet parents in-store, over the phone, and online. Warmly greet pet parents and address their inquiries throughout the store. Prepare online orders for in-store pickup, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Take care of store-owned pets by feeding, watering, and cleaning their living areas. Keep the store clean and organized. Assist with weekly pricing updates and monthly promotions. Organize and display new products following sales floor standards. Recommend and sell merchandise, services, and live pets. Administer pet medications as directed by our veterinarian. Promote special events, such as adoption weekends and charity initiatives. Ensure a safe environment for fellow associates, pets, and pet parents. Take immediate action for sick or injured pets and transport them for veterinary care if necessary.
