In this full-time position, you will: Assist Customers: Engage warmly with customers by providing reliable automotive advice and ensuring satisfying interactions through professional communication. Drive Sales: Promote products, services, and ongoing promotions to enhance the customer experience, while contributing to store sales and performance metrics. Provide Diagnostic Support: Use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and offer customers informed recommendations. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Availability for a flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and potential overtime. You’ll stand out if you have: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Exceptional communication skills, preferably bilingual in Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail. ASE Certification.
