In this role, you will ensure customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs while maintaining a well-stocked inventory and providing expert advice. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance & Communication: Engage with customers, offer trustworthy automotive advice, and maintain positive interactions through clear and professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated and productive store environment. Support your team and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics Orientation: Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations: Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to loss prevention policies. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance: Use structured processes to efficiently complete assigned tasks, and follow company safety policies to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge & Installation Services: Stay informed about automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Diagnostics Support: Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend effective solutions. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. You’ll Stand Out If You Have: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
