You will assist in maintaining store cleanliness, uphold pet safety standards, and directly care for the pets within our store. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring a welcoming experience for pet parents in person, over the phone, and online. Greeting customers and addressing their inquiries throughout the store. Preparing online orders for in-store pickup and ensuring a seamless process. Caring for store-owned pets, including feeding, watering, and cleaning habitats. Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the store. Support inventory management through price changes and product displays. Offering recommendations and selling merchandise, services, and pets. Administering pet medications as needed under veterinarian direction. Promoting store events and initiatives to engage the community. Creating a safe environment for associates, pets, and pet parents. Taking action for any sick/injured pets in the store, including transportation to a vet if necessary.
