Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team full-time. The Process Server will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver legal documents to designated individuals in a timely, lawful, and professional manner in Monroe and surrounding counties
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of all attempts and completed services
  
  
• Sign affidavits/affirmations of service daily once services are completed
  
  
• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding case status and service attempts
  
  
• Utilize company car for travel to assigned service locations
  
  
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally
  
  
• Prior process serving, law enforcement, or legal support experience preferred (but not requiredtraining provided)
