Deliver friendly, enthusiastic service for each guest. Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel appreciated as they leave. Stay informed of current promotions and menu items. Answer guest inquiries and make recommendations. Represent the Zaxbys brand enthusiastically. Accurately process orders and manage guest transactions. Operate the point of sale system efficiently. Handle cash responsibly and document transactions clearly. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Keep dining and guest areas tidy, including the dining room, counters, and restroom facilities. Monitor and report maintenance needs for equipment. Restock essential supplies like paper goods and condiments. Keep workspaces organized and clean. Prepare menu items while adhering to company standards. Ability to work 32 to 40 hours weekly. Physical Capabilities: Continuous sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing (including ladder use). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Frequent hand and wrist use for tasks and interactions. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong visual and auditory perception for environmental responsiveness. Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and food exposure.
