Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a delightful dining experience. Key responsibilities include: Completing required training, including Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan. Providing friendly, enthusiastic service to all guests. Greeting guests upon entry and thanking them as they exit. Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and menu items. Accurately taking and processing orders. Handling cash, operating cash registers, and maintaining accurate receipts. Keeping dining and guest areas clean and welcoming. Assisting with kitchen and back of house tasks as needed. Adhering to safety and sanitation regulations. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old. Able to work 32 to 40 hours per week. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously. Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including using ladders. Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Communicate proficiently through speaking, reading, and writing. Be adaptable to various temperature changes and food allergens.
