Previous experience in retail or customer service. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; additional language skills are a plus. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential. Evening hours may also be required in our retail store environment. Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed monthly sales performance goals. Gain and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to inform and assist customers. Recommend, select, and source merchandise based on customer inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to checkout standards. Access customer accounts while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company privacy policies. Exhibit professional attire, behavior, and hygiene in line with company standards.
