As part of your responsibilities, you will: Assist the Store Manager with all operational and leadership duties. Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Train and mentor store associates to elevate performance. Help maintain the visual appearance and merchandising standards of the store. Manage inventory and oversee logistics for optimal efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience is required. Prior supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Customer-focused, with a strong grasp of fundamental business management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
