Your Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping journey. Drive sales of shoes, apparel, and accessories to meet targets. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed. Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training a motivated sales team. Help coach and manage performance within the sales team. Lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer sales experience. Prepare financial deposits and manage bank trips as required. Receive freight and organize the sales floor effectively. A desire to mentor others in sales techniques and develop people management skills. Available to open and close the store with comfort in being alone during select times. Able to stand and move for extended periods. Capable of kneeling, twisting, bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and lifting between 25-50 pounds.
