This is a full-time, direct hire or contract-to-hire position with an immediate start available. Schedule: Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM | Sunday: Closed Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescription medications and ensure safe usage | Provide patient counseling on medications, interactions, and side effects | Maintain organized, compliant prescription records and inventory | Collaborate with healthcare providers on medication therapy management (MTM) | Administer immunizations | Ensure adherence to all Oregon state and federal pharmacy regulations | Offer expert advice to improve patient outcomes | Stay current with pharmacy trends and clinical guidelines | Support daily pharmacy operations as a proactive team member Requirements: Active Oregon Pharmacist License in good standing | Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience | Comfortable administering immunizations | Strong communication and clinical counseling skills | Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred (Not Required): Experience with PioneerRx | Long-Term Care (LTC) or closed-door pharmacy experience Perks & Benefits: Health Insurance & 401(k) with match | Paid Time Off | Supportive team culture | Relaxed dress code | Free Tuesday lunches + fresh fruit/snacks daily | Housing provided for travelers (apartments located behind the pharmacy) Interested?
