Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Provide trustworthy automotive advice and engage positively with customers through clear and professional communication. Team Collaboration: Work alongside managers and team members to create a motivated and productive store environment. Sales Focus: Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience and help achieve sales goals. Inventory Management: Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, and adhere to cash handling and loss prevention policies. Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about automotive parts and assist customers with installations. Diagnostic Support: Utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Basic automotive knowledge is required. Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. You’ll Go the Extra Mile If You Have: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish. Previous experience in automotive retail. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification. The minimum salary for this position is $15.50 per hour, with a maximum of $15.95 per hour.
