Medical Assistant

An esteemed medical group is seeking a dedicated and full-time Medical Assistant for their primary care office. The role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to be part of a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage and manage electronic health records accurately.
• Provide patient care and education to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Assist with medical terminology and procedures, maintaining a supportive environment.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate honesty and confidence in your skills, addressing issues proactively.
• Maintain a positive attitude and reliability in daily operations.

Essential Skills:

• Medical Assistant diploma
• CMA/RMA certification is highly preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic is a plus
• Proficiency in triage and medical terminology
• Strong patient care and education skills
• Ability to work well within a healthcare team

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting
• 1+ years of experience in triaging
• Epic experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
