The Recipe for Success:As our keyholder, you are a critical member of our retail store leadership team. Your primary role is to support the store in delivering excellence in sales, service, and operations. As a results-driven leader, you love to sell, and you coach our sales associates to become customer service and product knowledge experts. You go out of your way to create joyful Brand experiences for our customers and find ways to celebrate great team performance. What's on your daily menu? Leadership Drives business results by maximizing daily sales plans and productivity goals and improving KPI's through active coaching on the salesfloorDemonstrates a personal commitment to achieving the store's targets by consistently promoting current marketing programs and utilizing company resources intended to optimize selling activityAct as Manager-On-Duty, ensuring the store consistently achieves sales goals and executes all operational functionsBuilds effective partnerships with team, Store Manager, and field/corporate partners through consistent communication, teamwork, and respectSales and ServiceRole model company's selling expectations and actively works to foster customer loyalty through proactive clientelingPromotes engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise on cooking, baking, or entertainingUtilizes training tools and resources to educate self/team on product, improve selling skills, and achieve business goalsAchieve personal Sales and KPI goalsOperations Perform basic operations activities, including cash handling and reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and open and closing dutiesMaintain visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activitiesFollow plans/directions/schedules and act with a sense of urgency to meet the changing priorities, store needs, and demands of the businessThe Perfect Blend: Your Ingredients for Success: Must be 18 years of ageFlexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 poundsAuthentic passion around cooking, baking, and entertainingDesire to develop and grow into future leadership rolesWhy Join Our Table?
