Position Highlights
- 40-hour/week schedule between the hours of 7am7pm, Monday through Friday
- Youll receive your weekly schedule in advance, but flexibility is key
- Provide direct care, fill open shifts, and start new clients
- Mentor and support caregivers in the field
- Rotate on-call (1 week/month after training) $100 bonus per on-call week
- At least 4 years of caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience
- Ability to drive to clients anywhere in Montgomery County (including but not limited to Collegeville/Phoenixville/Royersford/Pottstown/King of Prussia...)
- Open availability for MondayFriday, 7am7pm

Pay & Benefits
- $18/hour starting pay
- $27/hour for Overtime (1.5x base)
- $0.70/mile reimbursement for client-to-client travel

- Deliver personal care, ADLs, meal prep, errands, and companionship
- Accept first visits with new clients and ensure strong starts
- Observe and document client condition changes and report updates
- Train and coach caregivers during field visits
- Communicate care needs, tasks, and updates clearly
- Use our system to log visit notes, ADLs, and team communications
