Mack Mattress Outlet is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver & Warehouse Logistics Team Member based out of our Cleveland Avenue location. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, being on the move, and taking pride in a job well done. As a member of our logistics team, you’ll handle the movement of mattresses and materials across our three-store network and customer homes throughout Central Ohio.

What You’ll Do: Load, transport, and deliver mattresses and related items to customer homes with care and professionalism Perform store-to-store transfers between our Sawmill, Westerville, and Cleveland Avenue locations Receive, sort, and organize inventory within the warehouse & Cleveland Avenue store Handle logistics support , including: Equipment and materials transport General warehouse organization Assistance with mattress processing and staging Drive safely and maintain delivery vehicles in clean, working condition Communicate with store managers about delivery routes and transfer needs Perform other related duties as assigned to support our operations team Who We’re Looking For: Able to lift and move heavy items (mattresses, foundations, etc.) with proper form (team lifting encouraged) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a small team Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, respectful attitude Comfortable navigating Central Ohio and working in a physically active role Saturday availability required Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Benefits Available Employee discount on products Supportive, family-owned company culture No-pressure, people-first environment About Mack Mattress Outlet We’ve proudly served Central Ohio since 1974, offering quality mattresses at unbeatable value.
