*Job Summary*
Brown & Breeding, P.S.C. is a local firm in London, Kentucky practicing in insurance defense.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, including legal research, drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, mediation statements and initial case assessments along with providing legal counsel and representation in court proceedings. They will also communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld. Additionally, the Associate Attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to build effective legal strategies and
*Duties*
· Strong skills in Legal Research, drafting and case analysis
· Experience with Litigation, pleadings
· Proficiency in client communication, negotiation and conflict resolution
· Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Licensed to practice law in Kentucky and in good standing with the KBA
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
· Strong commitment to upholding ethics and client advocacy
· Prior experience or familiarity in relevant practice area is preferred but not required.
*Experience*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
