We're looking for Front Office Staff who are excited to support patient care operations within our Community Health Clinic. In this role, you'll perform a variety of specialized medical secretarial and scheduling duties that help ensure patients are efficiently admitted and supported throughout their care experience.
You'll manage scheduling, coordinate patient flow, handle clerical tasks, and provide front-line support to both patients and clinical staff. We value organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and we're excited to welcome teammates who bring these strengths to our team.
Key Responsibilities Perform medical secretarial and scheduling duties for the clinic Support patient admissions and coordination of care Maintain accurate records and handle clerical tasks Assist with front office responsibilities, including cashier-related duties Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
