We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor with bartending and server experience to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Train, mentor, and supervise staff in food service management, including cash handling and guest service protocols.

Utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling.

Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.

Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.

Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry.

Familiarity with quick service & fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Ability to train staff effectively in soft skills (guest interaction).

Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including shift management and team dynamics.

Be able to open and close the restaurant with all required checklists completed

Responsible for Server, Bar and Host/Busser Cash outs after each shift

Reconcile the safe when opening or closing the restaurant

Fill out our End of Night spreadsheet accurately for all tipped employees and upload tips to their pay card

Be able to bartend/serve when needed and memorize the recipes to all specialty cocktails
